Join us in our SEAS boat building shop for a fun Saturday afternoon, learning from professional boat builders how to safely and efficiently operate standing power tools. If you have a long-held dream of making magic happen with wood, whether for a home project or a small boat build, this is your chance to learn basic safety and technique skills working with the following standing power tools: table saw, band saw, planer, jointer, chop saw, bench top sander & drill press. Each tool will be explained in detail and you will have the opportunity to get hands-on, making shavings and saw dust with an expert at your side.

Safety equipment will be provided.
